The information below is required for all participants of Havelock Youth Football and Cheer:
*Every athlete must have a valid State or Military ID Card.
*Every football player and Cheerleader must have a Current Calendar Year Sports Physical.
Refunds/Withdraws/Insufficient Funds & Fees:
Registration Fee: $175 per participant with a sibling discount of $25 for multiple registrations within the same household after the first registration.
We recognize that some participants may have to withdraw from Havelock Youth Football & Cheer for various personal reasons. No refunds will be issued under any circumstance after August 1st. All refunds are handled on a case by case basis and amounts vary. If withdrawal occurs June 1st through July 27th, the parent must email [email protected] for Football and [email protected] for Cheer in order to request the full refund amount. No refund, regardless of the nature, will be given after August 1st, however, all refunds are subject to Board approval. Coaches are not responsible for initiating refund process for a player. Parent or guardian of the player assumes full responsibility for initiating the refund process. All requests must be made via email---refund requests will not be accepted over the phone.
**Please allow 3-4 weeks for your refund and any deposited checks to be processed and returned to you by mail. A fee of $25.00 will be assessed on all returned checks
