(cheerleaders may keep these items at the end of the season)

PARENT OR GUARDIAN WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING UNIFORM ITEMS:

A valid State or Military ID Card
Comfortable athletic clothing for practice
Shoes
Socks 
Underliner

All cheerleaders are required to have a current Calendar Year Sports Physical.
